Acceptance

By using MyMockPrep, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Product Description

MyMockPrep is an AI-powered platform for interview practice, resume optimization, prep guide generation, salary negotiation practice, and job tracking. Features and availability may change over time.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One person per account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

Subscriptions and Credits

• MyMockPrep offers a free plan, a Pro subscription, and one-time credit packs (Sprint Pack).
• Pro subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) until canceled.
• Credits from Sprint Packs or referrals are tied to your account and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Plan features, limits, and pricing may change. We will provide notice of material changes.

Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
• When you cancel, your Pro access continues through the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe a refund is warranted.
• Sprint Pack credits are non-refundable once used.

AI Disclaimer

MyMockPrep uses AI to generate interview questions, feedback, resume suggestions, prep guides, and coaching cues. Important things to understand:

• AI feedback is guidance, not a professional, legal, or career guarantee.
• We do not guarantee that using MyMockPrep will result in interviews, job offers, salary increases, or any specific employment outcome.
• AI-generated resume content, interview answers, and recommendations may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all output before using it.
• MyMockPrep is a practice tool, not a substitute for professional career counseling.

User Content

• You own the content you upload (resumes, job descriptions, stories, etc.).
• By using MyMockPrep, you grant us permission to process your content as needed to provide the service (e.g., sending it to AI providers for analysis).
• We do not claim ownership of your content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use MyMockPrep for any illegal purpose.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
• Abuse the service (spam, automated access, creating multiple accounts to exploit free tiers or referrals).
• Upload content you do not have the rights to use.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service for other users.

Referral Program

• Referral credits are bonus interviews awarded when a new user signs up using your referral link.
• Referral credits may be limited, and the program may be modified or discontinued at any time.
• Abuse of the referral program (fake accounts, self-referrals) may result in credit revocation or account suspension.

Teams and Schools

Organizations using MyMockPrep for groups of students or employees may be subject to additional terms agreed upon separately. Contact us at hello@mymockprep.com for team arrangements.

Limitation of Liability

MyMockPrep is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyMockPrep and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of MyMockPrep after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
